Am I limited to only Six transfers/withdrawals per month from my Credit Union Savings Accounts?
Yes. Our Savings accounts are subject to certain restrictions and count toward the maximum of six electronic transfers per month. Please keep this in mind when transferring money between accounts using Kinecta Direct and our automated Voice Response system.


Can I transfer payments to my Credit Union Credit Cards and/or First Mortgage Loan?
Yes! Just click on TRANSFERS, WITHDRAWALS & PAYMENTS and then on CREDIT CARD, MORTGAGE & STUDENT LOAN. 

Please be aware that transfers to your Credit Cards submitted after 12:00 noon (PST) and transfers to your First Mortgage Loan submitted after 7:00 P.M. (PST) will be posted to the credit card account and reflected in the Account Summary screen the following business day.


Can I order checks online?
Yes. You can also conveniently view them prior to ordering! Just click on View Check Images right now and you’ll see what we mean!
