Collateral Restrictions
Vehicles of the following types will not be financed:

• Designed and/or used for commercial purposes
• Owned by a foreign government’s consulate or embassy
• Salvaged
• Lemon law buy-back
• Gray market
• Classic vehicles (models over twenty years old and designated classic by the automobile valuation companies)
• Modified vehicles (modified by owners subsequent to purchase, outside of original specifications, and retrofitted vehicles e.g., replacing the original engine with an engine from another model and/or year.)
