Penalty APR and When It Applies

18.00%
This APR may be applied to my account if I:
1) Make a late payment; or
2) Make a payment that is returned.

How long Will the Penalty APR apply? If my APRs are increased for any of these reasons, the Penalty APR will apply until you make six consecutive minimum payments when due and do not exceed my credit limit during that time.

Paying Interest

We will begin charging interest on cash advances on the transaction date. Your due date is at least 25 days after the close of each billing cycle. We will not charge you interest on those purchases if you pay the entire balance by the due date of each month. You will begin charging interest on cash advances and balance transfers on the transaction date.

Minimum Interest Charge

If you are charged interest, the charge will be no less than $1.

Billing Rights: Information on your rights to dispute transactions and how to exercise those rights is provided in your Credit Card Agreement.

The Kinecta Credit Card Prime Rate is determined by the highest Prime Rate published in The Wall Street Journal on the 15th of each month. If no paper is published on the 15th day of the month, the rate will be based on the paper published on the next business day. Periodic rates are subject to change.

If an account is delinquent for three (3) consecutive months, we may increase the APR (including any introductory rate and promotional rate) on any existing and future purchase and cash advance balances to a higher rate of 18%. The account holder will have a rate reduction back to the current prevailing APR after the account is paid as agreed according to the terms of the Kinecta Federal Credit Union Credit Card Agreement for six (6) consecutive months. Please contact the Credit Union for more information.

Any policies, fees, charges and/or rates stated herein are those in effect on the date of publication and are subject to change. Please contact the Credit Union for any changes that may have occurred since this publication was printed.
