How it Works

Call them 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and they’ll connect you with a representative who speaks your language, and can help with:
- Lost or stolen cards
- Emergency replacement cards
- Emergency cash advances
- Locate an ATM that accepts MasterCard®, Visa®, InterLink®, Maestro®, and Cirrus® brands
- Access account-related information
- Access any applicable card benefits
Additional International Numbers
Protecting you and your account.
Why Should I Contact Kinecta When I Travel?
We want to make sure you are making the purchases! Letting us know your plans ahead of time will also prevent a temporary suspension on your card from our Fraud Detection Early Warning System. Transactions made out of state or overseas or outside your normal spending pattern can trigger a security alert with our fraud protection system. When this happens, they’ll contact you to verify the charges. Providing a contact number while you are traveling will avoid delays in contacting you immediately to verify the authenticity of the transaction.
What Information Will I Need To Give Regarding My Travel?
Just indicate the dates and general locations where you will be traveling.
