During this difficult time, we understand you have many concerns.  Your finances may be of these, and we want to reassure you that Kinecta will stand by you throughout this crisis.  Kinecta is owned by you, our members, and we exist solely to serve you and your communities.  Kinecta is a financially strong institution, and our team is passionate about helping our members.

Kinecta will keep branches, ATMs and digital banking services open.  We have implemented robust disinfecting procedures and social distancing at branches and ATMs.  Additionally, we are accepting, processing and funding loan applications.  Your uninterrupted access to credit union services and the safety of your financial assets remain our top priorities. 

For those concerned about visiting a branch, we urge you to consider Kinecta’s online banking, the Kinecta mobile app or our Member Contact Center (800.854.9846). If you are not familiar with our digital banking services, please call the Member Contact Center, and a representative will walk you through the set up and explain how to use these.

If you are in a designated high-risk group (such as over 65 years of age, or with a chronic health condition like heart disease, lung disease or diabetes), beginning Thursday, March 18, 2020, our branch locations will serve you by appointment 1-hour prior to opening (8am – 9am).  To schedule an appointment, please find the phone number for your branch here (hover over branch location on the map).

IMPORTANT:  If you’ve lost income at work, face increased child-care costs or are experiencing other financial hardships related to the COVID-19 pandemic, your Credit Union will help you.  Our teams are standing by to assist you with a financial relief solution tailored to your unique needs. These include interest-free emergency loans*, skip-a-payment(s), fee waivers, and others.  Please call our relief representatives at 888.954.6328, 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, and 9am to 3pm on Saturday. 

Emergency Loans*

  • Up to $1,000 for any member, and up to $2,500 for members with direct deposit
  • Interest rates fixed at 0.00% APR
  • Terms up to 12 months
  • Up to 90-days for first payment
