I’m pleased to share we recently converted Kinecta’s digital banking to a new platform with several great features and benefits, many of which our members had been asking for. The new platform offers you unified and convenient access to personal and business banking from virtually any device, making keeping up with your finances easy.

Here are some tips to get the most out of your new digital banking:

Personalization

By personalizing your views, you can quickly identify and keep track of your accounts your way. Under Settings and Accounts, you’ll find you can rename, color, hide and reorder your accounts quickly and easily so they show up how you want, where you want. Don’t want to see an account you’re joint on? No problem — you can easily hide it from your entire experience. Learn how.

Moving Money

Transfers, Bill Pay or Zelle® are all available in the new digital banking, with a few great enhancements. With the ability to instantly add an external account, you no longer have to wait up to 3 days to verify accounts before making transfers. Add an account instantly under Transfers using the From or To drop-downs. You also now have access to instant money movement with FedNow and Real-Time Payments (RTP), offering you the ability to send last-minute or emergency payments to pay a loan or simply transfer funds to external payment accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Self Service

You can now conveniently complete several self-service activities in the new digital banking without ever having to step foot in a branch or pick up the phone. Under Tools, you can manage your overdraft protection settings or dispute charges to your accounts. These features are available on the mobile app as well, so you can quickly make changes on the go.

Advanced Security

The new digital banking has biometric, behavioral and multi-factor authentication (MFA) security to help keep your account safe. You can customize your MFA options, choosing between email, text, phone call or an authenticator app under Settings and Security. Learn more.
