Kinecta Community invites members and employees to get involved through financial empowerment programs, scholarships, charitable contributions, fundraising activities and volunteer opportunities. Partial listings of events include:
Kinecta awards scholarships to student members who are headed off to college based on GPA, SAT scores, awards, achievements, community service and an essay written on a credit union topic.
Since 1973, our Annual Holiday Food Drive has provided much-needed assistance to deserving families so they may enjoy a brighter holiday season. More than 1,200 families are the recipients each year.
During the summer, members, customers and employees donate school supplies and backpacks to benefit less fortunate youth in the Watts community. Proceeds from our collection efforts are distributed in partnership with Parents of Watts, a non-profit organization.
Kinecta branches throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Santa Barbara, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties partner with local organizations to create an immediate impact in a wide range of local events, such as street fairs, cultural celebrations, academic events and other community gatherings.

Team Kinecta participates in many local fundraising events such as the Amgen Bike Tour of California, Richstone Family Center Pier-to-Pier Walk, Revlon Run/Walk for Women, Skechers Friendship Walk and many more.
With help from members like you, Kinecta collects hundreds of toys each year.
