Contact Center hours changing to provide better service

Kinecta will be changing our Member Contact Center operating hours effective Sept. 1, 2018. By reallocating existing call center resources to better serve our members during the hours of peak call volume, we will provide improved service and shorter hold times.

Our new hours are as follows:

  • Mon.-Fri. 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., PT 
  • Sat. 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., PT
