Improving the Way You Connect with Kinecta

Remote access to your account should be easy, secure, and convenient. Whether at home or on-the-go, Kinecta aims to improve ways to connect you with your finances.

Connecting is even easier.

When you connect using our enhanced phone system, you'll experience our enhanced verification process and streamlined menu. You'll also meet Lana, Kinecta’s new automated phone banking assistant. Lana will greet you and can quickly connect you with a live representative at any time during your call.

Connecting is more secure.

Cybercrime is escalating and becoming more sophisticated. Kinecta continually monitors its security systems looking for better ways to protect member accounts. On October 7, 2020, Kinecta enhanced our online banking identity verification process.

Now, when you login via, Kinecta will send a verification code via text or phone call to the number you have on file. Simply enter that code in the space provided and choose new security questions. (If you are a mobile app user, your fingerprint ID access will not change.)

If you don’t have a valid home or mobile phone number on file, or have other challenges accessing your online accounts, just visit a branch or call our Member Contact Center at 800.854.9846 to verify your identity so you can once again access your online accounts.

Cybersecurity is a top priority at Kinecta. Our goal is to maintain the highest degree of safety for our members' online accounts. This extra step helps prevent unauthorized access to your account.
In addition, we’ve also updated our online banking look and feel. After October 7th, online banking users will benefit from larger fonts, simplified layout, and a refreshed color palette.

Connecting is more convenient.

Kinecta wants to make connecting during these challenging times more convenient. We have just launched new functionality that will allow you to set branch appointments online. Use the new feature to select your preferred branch location, date, time, and even conversation topic. We have also expanded our Locations feature on, so you can see all shared branches and ATMs – in addition to Kinecta sites – so you can more conveniently conduct your banking on-the-go.
