New Mobile Banking App Features

We recently launched a new version of the Kinecta mobile app that offers some exciting improvements to your mobile banking experience. Here are a few of the new features and functions you can now enjoy in the app:
More Options in Bill Pay
When adding an individual payee to Bill Pay from the mobile app, you now have all the payment options available in Kinecta Online Banking: check, text message, email, and direct deposit. Plus, you can add an individual payee simply by importing them from your device’s contact list.
Pay a Person
We have added a new menu selection called “Pay a Person,” which is a more convenient way to set up and view all of your individual payees. Tap on any payee to see previous payments and schedule new ones.
Access to Your Digital Wallet
You will find a new menu option that takes you directly to your eligible device’s Digital Wallet (Apple Wallet, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay), so you may easily add your Kinecta debit or credit cards to your mobile device. Your Digital Wallet offers a contact-free way to pay with your Kinecta cards using your mobile device at participating locations.
The responsive locator available on our website is now accessible from the mobile app, so you can search for the nearest branch or ATM even when you are on-the-go.

- Set your text alert preferences for your Kinecta debit or credit card(s)
- View and redeem credit card rewards
- Get quick access to eStatements
- Locate the contact number to report your debit or credit card(s) lost or stolen
