Report Fraud
Kinecta actively monitors member accounts for unusual activity and protection against unauthorized transactions, but it’s important to also monitor your accounts regularly so you can immediately detect unauthorized activity and take action to prevent fraud.
If you discover unauthorized debit card, credit card, checking or savings account transactions, follow these steps to protect your accounts:
- If applicable, immediately block your card using the Kinecta mobile app or by logging in online.
- If you have any unauthorized transactions on your accounts, immediately file a dispute by selecting the transaction and then Dispute.
- Call our Member Contact Center at 800.854.9846. A representative can assist you in taking the appropriate steps to protect your account.
