Personal Data Protection

How Kinecta Secures Your Personal Information

We adhere to industry-standard practices and employ the latest technology to ensure your sensitive information and accounts are well protected. Here are some of the ways we protect you.

256-bit SSL Technology

We use 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the industry standard for secure internet communication. This technology encodes the information sent over the internet and makes it virtually impossible for someone else to access it. To take advantage of SSL, we recommend you use an SSL-compatible browser.

EndPoint Protection

Endpoint protection, also known as endpoint security, is a cybersecurity strategy that protects devices from malicious software and other cyber threats. It includes tools, services and processes that monitor and defend devices like computers and servers.

Firewalls

A firewall is a protective barrier used to determine whether information is allowed to travel from one network to another. We use multiple layers of firewalls to block hackers and cyber-attacks trying to gain access.

System Monitoring Intrusion

System monitoring intrusion detection devices installed throughout the site provide real-time alerts about system changes or attacks. They are monitored continuously to ensure account protection 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Timed Logoff

The convenience and safety of your account is important to us. To help lessen the chance of unauthorized access to your account, we'll automatically log you off after observing a period of inactivity.

In-Person and Phone Verification

We follow strict standards to verify the identity of our members prior to performing transactions or responding to inquiries and requests for information.

Mobile and Online Security

In addition to using the most advanced technology to keep your information secure, if we detect unusual activity, we may ask for additional verification to protect your account. This security extends to all our platforms, whether you're on a desktop computer, mobile browser or the mobile app.

Credit and Debit Card

We actively monitor card activity and may block transactions that appear suspicious. We may also contact you to verify if you are really making the purchase. If unauthorized purchases are made with your card, notify us immediately. Upon investigation into the fraudulent transaction, we will work to credit your account promptly.
