Kinecta 99s Present: A Virtual Breast Cancer Awareness Discussion

Breast cancer is the second most common cancer among women in the United States, according to the CDC. For Breast Cancer Awareness month, the Kinecta 99s are presenting a virtual event open to everyone, Friday, October 29, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. PT.
The Kinecta 99s are an employee resource group for women. They invite you to join them as they raise awareness, provide resources, and host a discussion panel of experts to answer common questions about breast cancer.
The “Ask the Doctors” panel will be moderated by Wendy Krieger and feature speakers Melanie H. Friedlander, M.D., Co-Director of the Breast Team at South Bay Breast Center; and from Torrance Memorial Medical Center, Julie Sim, M.D., Clinical Co-Director; Evelyn V. Calip, BSN, RN, CBCN, CN-BN, Breast Navigator; and Thyra J. Endicott, M.D., Radiation Oncology.
We ask that you please wear pink, and RSVP by 10:00 a.m. PT on Wednesday, October 27.
