Holiday Food Drive Surpasses Goals
For the 47th year in a row, Kinecta made Thanksgiving extra special for 1,000 families in need. Thanks to $93,000 in generous donations from our members, employees, and vendors, each family received non-perishable grocery items along with a $75 grocery store gift card. While the COVID-19 pandemic has made food assistance more critical than ever before, we’re grateful to be able to provide an extra helping of happiness this year. Thank you for your contributions!
Providing Miracles…One Child at a Time
Through a creative combination of virtual and in-person fundraising events in 2020, members and employees worked together to raise more than raised more than $112,000to support Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. This benevolent organization funds critical treatments, healthcare services, pediatric medical equipment, and care for seriously ill and injured children regardless of ability to pay. Kinecta likes to keep our donations local, so this year’s proceeds benefited Children’s Miracle Network hospitals in Los Angeles, Orange County, and Santa Barbara.
Recognize a Community Champion
This year we’ve all witnessed incredible acts of kindness surrounding illness, fires, protests, and small business support. We know there are plenty of unsung heroes in our midst! Take a moment to nominate a caring friend, neighbor, or someone in your community for their acts of goodwill. Winners will receive a #KinectaKindness award and we’ll donate $250 to the nonprofit of their choice. It’s a win-win!
