Round ups apply to eligible debit card purchases. Certain transactions, such as refunds, reversals or non-card transactions, may not qualify.
Round ups are processed the day after the debit card transaction posts to your account. This helps ensure the final transaction amount is used before the roundup is applied.
Weekly or monthly limits can only be set for how much of your round ups go towards charitable giving. The minimum limit is $1. You can update your preferences in the Round Up Savings dashboard by selecting the gear icon on the top right and Set a Roundup Donation Limit.
If you do not have enough funds to round up to the nearest dollar, the round up will not be processed. We will not attempt to process the round up multiple times or overdraw your account.
You can dispute your debit card transactions as you normally would. Round ups appear as separate transactions in your account activity. If you would like to dispute the round up transactions, contact us at 800.854.9846, open a chat, or log into your account to send a secure message.
Yes, you can split your round up between savings and charitable giving in 10% increments. Splits can also include 100% to either savings or charity. You can update your preferences in the Round Up Savings dashboard by selecting the gear icon on the top right and Impact & Savings Split.
Yes, receipts are provided monthly by the fifth business day of each month. Receipts will reflect the monthly donation amount and the 2.05% processing fee. They are available in the Round Up Savings dashboard by selecting the gear icon on the top right and Donation Receipts & Reports.

Membership Requirements Apply.
Joint accountholders, Trust accounts, and Fiduciary accounts, and members with a non-U.S. address are not supported at this time. Refer to the Agreements & Disclosure booklet for terms and conditions applicable to specific accounts.
Roundup for Savings Program: You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in the Round Up Savings Program. For each eligible settled debit card transaction you make we will round up the amount of any debit card purchase associated with the enrolled Checking or Savings Account to the nearest whole dollar and transfer the excess of the settled purchase amount to your enrolled share account. If you receive a new debit card due to your current card being lost, stolen, or reissued, your participation in the program will continue. There is no need to re-enroll in the program. If on any given day your checking account does not have sufficient available funds to round up, no transfers to savings will occur. Transfers will resume for eligible transactions the next day that sufficient funds are available. Round ups can be instantly disabled at any time.
*Donations are made to Spiral Giving Network, Inc. (SGN), a 501(c)(3) charity, which takes legal control of donations and disburses funds, usually once a month, to your selected causes or recommended charity(ies). Charities will receive donations, less fees to SGN. SGN donation processing fees are 2.05% of your round-up amount. It’s rare, but in the instance where your donation cannot be delivered to the listed charity for any reason, SGN will work with you to select an alternative charity. Donations are non-refundable unless a donation was made in error or if donation was not authorized by you.
